Derek: I enjoy working on energy systems, but of course, I get frustrated when I get stuck on a problem for way too long. But solving that problem makes you feel great.
Anny: I absolutely love the work. The pay gets better with experience.
Dana: I’m passionate about it and I enjoy it when everything works
Alejandro: I have been an energy engineer for more than 15 years. I love what I do today. I love solving energy problems. I love that people benefit from the systems I design.
Caleb: What I don’t love about energy engineering is the other stuff. I mean dealing with people, meetings, unrealistic expectations, and misunderstandings.
