Remember that we can use the present continuous or progressive to speak about the future.

You just need to add an expression of time at the end of the sentence.

  1. I am having dinner with Linda next week.
  2. He is making dinner for us at 8
  3. We are calling potential customers after lunch.

Write “next”, “at”, “in”, “after” or “on” to complete the sentences.

1. We are meeting the afternoon.

2. I am moving to Costa Rica week.

3. We are having dinner 7 PM.

4. I am going on vacation two weeks.

5. She is arriving midnight.

6. He is coming to visit us Friday.

7. I am meeting my friend Christmas Day.

8. We are going to the movies dinner.
