When we make sentences in English, we have to make a special consideration with these three personal pronouns or subjects.

Let’s start with the first two grammar rules:

Most Verbs: Add -s to the base form.

  • Example:
    • “He runs.”
    • “She reads.”

Verbs Ending in -s, -sh, -ch, -x, or -z: Add -es.

  • Example:
    • “He passes.”
    • “She watches.”
